Always modify with a knee dip when flowing from Phalakasana – Plank Pose to Four Limbed Staff Pose – Chaturanga until you feel like you have it mastered.
Be sweet to yourself by pressing pause when needed! Rest and use Hands n’ Knees / Table Pose – Bharmanasana or Child’s Pose – Balasana / Garbasana whenever you want to take a little break.
